To recommend the most appropriate equipment, we may request information such as:
• Intended application
• Material type
• Material thickness
• Contaminant or coating type
• Production volume
• Available electrical service
• Preferred laser source
• Desired accessories
• Shipping location
Providing complete and accurate information helps ensure the equipment is configured appropriately for your application.
2. What Happens After You Place Your Order
Once your order has been accepted, the general process is as follows:
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive written confirmation outlining:
• Equipment configuration
• Selected options
• Pricing
• Payment instructions (wire transfer, cashier's check, or approved third-party financing, if applicable)

• Estimated shipping timeline
PRODUCTION
Depending on availability, equipment may:
• Ship from available inventory
• Be assembled to order
• Be manufactured specifically for your configuration
Production schedules vary by manufacturer.
QUALITY INSPECTION
Prior to shipment, equipment typically undergoes manufacturer quality inspections and operational testing.
Where available, photographs or videos of completed equipment may be provided before shipment.
SHIPMENT
Once shipped, available tracking information and shipping updates will be provided.
Transit times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and other factors.
3. Lead Times
Lead times are estimates only.
Actual delivery schedules may be affected by:
• Manufacturing schedules
• Component availability
• International freight
• Customs inspections
• Weather
• Port congestion
• Carrier delays
• Supply chain disruptions
While we work closely with our manufacturing partners to provide accurate estimates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
4. Shipping
Equipment may ship directly from:
• Manufacturer facilities
• Authorized warehouses
• Regional distribution centers
Shipping methods vary depending on:
• Equipment size
• Destination
• Customer requirements
• Carrier availability
Shipping terms, including the applicable Incoterms (if any), will be identified in your quotation, invoice, or purchase agreement.

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Before signing for delivery:
• Examine packaging for visible damage.
• Compare the shipment against the packing list.
• Photograph any visible damage before unpacking.
• Note any damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt whenever possible.
Prompt inspection helps preserve your ability to file freight claims with the carrier.

This checklist is provided as a customer resource to help document equipment condition upon delivery. It is intended as a practical guide and does not modify or replace any applicable warranty terms, shipping policies, or other purchase agreements.
6. Concealed Shipping Damage
If damage is discovered after unpacking:
• Stop using the equipment.
• Retain all packaging materials.
• Take clear photographs of the equipment and packaging.
• Notify both the carrier (when required) and LSI Industrial as soon as reasonably possible.
We will assist in coordinating the appropriate next steps with the carrier and, when applicable, the manufacturer.
7. Missing Parts or Accessories
If your shipment appears incomplete:
Please contact LSI Industrial with:
• Order number
• Photographs
• Packing list
• Description of missing items
We will work with the manufacturer to determine whether items were shipped separately or arrange replacement when appropriate.
8. Manufacturer Warranty
Most equipment sold by LSI Industrial is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product and typically specify:
• Warranty duration
• Covered components

Complete warranty details are provided with your quotation and equipment documentation.
9. Warranty Claims
If you believe your equipment requires warranty service:
Please provide:
• Order number
• Serial number

• Error messages (if any)
LSI Industrial will assist in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer whenever reasonably possible.
Final warranty eligibility and claim approval remain subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies.

Our goal is to help customers resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
Depending on the manufacturer, support may include:
• Remote troubleshooting
• Video support
• Telephone assistance
• Software or firmware guidance
• Parts identification
• Coordination with factory technicians
Some manufacturers may also provide direct technical assistance after initial coordination through LSI Industrial.
SUPPORT HOURS & RESPONSE EXPECTATIONS
LSI Industrial serves as your primary point of contact for all support requests.
We aim to respond to technical inquiries within one business day. However, response times may vary based on:
• Complexity of the issue
• Manufacturer time zones (some equipment is manufactured internationally)
• Availability of manufacturer technical staff
• Urgency of the request
We commit to coordinating support on your behalf and will escalate requests to manufacturer technicians when specialized expertise is required.
For urgent production issues, please contact us directly and indicate the priority level.
11. Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are available for most equipment.
Availability depends on:
• Manufacturer inventory
• Component availability
• Model
• Production status
Delivery times vary depending on the part and shipping method.
For assistance identifying replacement parts, please contact LSI Industrial.
RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION
If your operation depends on continuous production, we recommend stocking commonly replaced consumables to minimize downtime.
Typical spare parts include:
• Protective lenses and windows
• Cooling system components
• Electrical connectors and switches
• Laser fiber cables and connectors
• Mirrors and optical components
• Wear items specified in your equipment manual
The specific parts recommended for your equipment depend on your application, production volume, and maintenance schedule.
Contact LSI Industrial to discuss which spare parts are most critical for your operation. We can help you establish a spare parts inventory plan that minimizes downtime while managing storage costs.
Most common spare parts are readily available through manufacturer inventory. Availability and delivery times vary by manufacturer, component, and inventory levels. LSI Industrial will work with the manufacturer to obtain the fastest available delivery for replacement parts.
12. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Equipment
If equipment appears non-functional upon initial startup:
• Stop operation.
• Contact LSI Industrial before attempting repairs.
• Provide photographs and videos when requested.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures provided by LSI Industrial or the manufacturer.
Many startup issues can be resolved remotely.
If replacement components or additional service are required, we will coordinate with the manufacturer in accordance with the applicable warranty.
13. Returns
Because many industrial laser systems are built to order, configured for specific applications, or customized for individual customers:
Returns may be limited.
Return eligibility depends on:
• Manufacturer policies
• Equipment condition
• Customization
• Time since delivery
Returned equipment generally requires prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
14. Order Changes & Cancellations
Full payment is required before LSI Industrial begins procurement, production scheduling, customization, or order placement unless different terms are approved in writing.
Once payment is received and order processing, procurement, production scheduling, customization, or shipment preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Any approved cancellation or order change will be reviewed case by case and may be subject to non-refundable costs already incurred, including customization, freight, customs, payment processing, restocking, and other order-related expenses.
Please contact LSI Industrial as soon as possible if a change or cancellation is requested. All approved changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
15. Custom Branding & OEM Equipment
