5. Payment & Financing
5.1 Payment Terms
Full payment is required before LSI Industrial begins procurement, production scheduling, customization, or order placement unless different payment terms are approved by LSI Industrial in writing.
Payment does not by itself constitute order acceptance. Orders are accepted only after written confirmation by LSI Industrial.
Receipt of payment does not guarantee product availability or immediate production scheduling. Orders become binding only after written acceptance by LSI Industrial.
Any approved alternative payment schedule, financing arrangement, or credit terms will be identified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
Acceptable payment methods may include:
• Wire transfer
• Cashiers Check
Approved third-party financing may be available through LSI Industrial's financing partners. Credit cards, ACH transfers, personal checks, and other payment methods are not accepted unless approved by LSI Industrial in writing.
5.2 Financing (If Available)
If financing is available, LSI Industrial may coordinate with third-party financing providers to facilitate equipment financing.
Financing terms, interest rates, approval requirements, and conditions are determined by the financing provider, not LSI Industrial.
Financing arrangements are between you and the financing provider. LSI Industrial is not a party to financing agreements.
5.3 Late Payment
Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in:

Warranty claims are processed by the manufacturer. LSI Industrial will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer whenever reasonably possible. Lead times for repairs or replacements vary.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER, LSI INDUSTRIAL MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Equipment Safety & Responsibility
8.1 Laser Safety
Laser cleaning and laser welding systems are industrial Class 4 laser products.
Operator responsibility:** Equipment must only be operated by properly trained personnel who understand applicable laser safety requirements.
Operators are responsible for:
• Following all manufacturer instructions
• Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Using wavelength-appropriate laser safety eyewear
• Maintaining controlled work areas with appropriate signage
• Providing proper ventilation
• Following OSHA requirements and local regulations
• Compliance with all applicable safety standards
8.2 No Professional Advice

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, your exclusive remedies shall be those available under the manufacturer’s warranty, including repair or replacement of the equipment, as determined in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable export, import, customs, sanctions, and trade laws governing the purchase, shipment, and use of equipment.
